This illustrated cookbook features one of Hong Kong's most loved snacks—Put Chai Ko (sticky rice pudding). To know more about the snack itself, visits were paid to local stores and bakeries in Shum Shui Po to observe how Put Chai Ko was being made and sold. Online recipes were then tested out, so as to have that hands-on experience in making the snack before moving on to the canvas.

All the illustrations were hand-drawn and
outlined on paper. Colored digitally.
